HISTORY OF

The RPK, which stands for "Ruchnoy Pulemyot Kalashnikova" is a light machine gun designed in the Soviet Union. It is based on the AK-47 design and shares many of its characteristics. Introduced in the 1960s, the RPK was developed to provide a portable, squad-level support weapon capable of delivering sustained automatic fire. It uses detachable box magazines or drum magazines, typically holding 30 rounds, but it can also use larger-capacity magazines for extended firefights.

The RPK has been widely used by various military forces and insurgent groups around the world due to its reliability, robust design, and the commonality of the 7.62x39mm ammunition with other Soviet firearms. Its legacy includes its role as a versatile light machine gun and its continued use in conflicts worldwide.

The weight. The detail.

Owners love the substantial diecast feel and the details that reward a closer look. Build it, pick it up, and give it a spot within reach on your desk or shelf.

One model becomes a collection.

For some owners, the first build is just the beginning. They come back for another favorite design, add their own touches, and turn a desk or shelf into a collection worth showing off.

Good questions. Straight answers.

Do they shoot?

No, recruit. Not now. Not ever. GoatGuns are non-firing collectible models. The only “pew” comes from you.

What are GoatGuns made of?

Small scale. Serious heft.

These aren't no flimsy little plastic things! GoatGuns are hefty diecast metal collectibles with a satisfying weight in your hand. That first pick-up is often the surprise—owners always tell us they’re heavier than expected.

Majority of GoatGuns are diecast metal. Some have hard plastic acrylic parts where the real version would.

How much assembly is involved?

The hands-on build is the best part! GoatGuns snap or screw together. Assembly takes between 5-15 minutes. Instructions supplied with each model.

Can I customize my model?

Heck yes you can! If you can spray paint a donkey, you can spray paint a GoatGun.
